These terms apply when you use this website or buy a course from TRAPLA. By registering or paying, you agree to them.

About us

TRAPLA is a training and placement initiative based in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. We provide coaching, learning resources, guidance and placement assistance.

Registering

The details and documents you give us must be true and complete. If the candidate is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration and accept these terms for them.

Courses and fees

Course fees are shown in Indian rupees. Classroom fees are listed on our home page, and online course fees on the Video Lectures page. These are separate courses with separate prices. Each purchase covers only the course named on your receipt. For example, a test series is sold separately from its course.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. You receive a receipt on screen after a successful payment. We also email it to you when our email service is available.

Delivery of courses

Nothing is shipped to you. After your payment is confirmed, your course appears in the Student Portal, and we give you a login to reach it. Please save your login details. We will contact you about batches and classes for classroom courses.

Refunds

All course fees are non-refundable once a course has been purchased. See our Refund Policy.

Your account

Your login is for you only. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done through it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Use of our content

All videos, tests and study material belong to TRAPLA or its partners. They are for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share or publish them. We may remove your access, without a refund, if you break this rule or misuse the website.

No guarantee of results

We give our best effort in training, guidance and placement assistance. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, get admission, or get a job.

Placement charge

If you secure a job through TRAPLA, our service charge is your first month's salary, as stated on our website and explained to you before enrolment. This is separate from course fees.

Changes to the website and courses

We may update course content, schedules and fees. A fee change does not affect a course you have already paid for. We may also update these terms, and the latest version will always be on this page.

Limit of responsibility

We work to keep the website available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
