This policy explains what personal information TRAPLA collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Registration details: name, parents' names, date of birth, gender, category, employment details, contact numbers, email, addresses and course choice
- Education details: marks, grades, boards and any certificates you upload
- Identity documents: your photo and signature, and your Aadhaar number and Aadhaar card images if you choose to give them. Aadhaar details are optional.
- Payment details: your order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details, and we do not see or store them.
- Account and course activity: your enrolled courses and your MCQ test answers and scores
Why we use it
- To process your admission and enrollment
- To take payment and issue receipts
- To give you access to your courses and tests
- To send you emails about your enrollment, receipts and password
- To contact you about your classes and placement assistance
- To keep records we need for our work and for the law
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Your details are visible to authorised TRAPLA staff through our password-protected admin panel. We also use trusted service providers to run this website, and they handle information only as needed for their service:
- Razorpay: payments
- Supabase: database and file storage
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: sending emails
- YouTube: playing embedded videos
- Microsoft: showing Word, PowerPoint and Excel files on the page
Some of these providers may store information outside India. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
Your Aadhaar number is encrypted. Photos, signatures and ID documents are kept in private storage that visitors cannot open. Passwords are stored in a scrambled form that nobody can read, including us. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
If the candidate is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration and give consent for them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a student, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records or to meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as payment records.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you logged in to the Student Portal and admin panel. We do not use advertising cookies. YouTube and Razorpay may set their own cookies when you play a video or make a payment.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
