Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable once a course has been purchased. Please read this before you pay.

What this covers

This policy applies to every fee paid on this website, including classroom courses, online courses and test series.

A refund will not be given if you:

• Change your mind after purchasing
• Do not attend classes, or do not use the course, videos, tests or study material
• Bought the wrong course
• Stop or leave a course before it ends
• Do not get the exam result, admission or job you hoped for

Because online content is available as soon as your payment is confirmed, a purchase cannot be cancelled afterwards.

Please check before you pay

Check the course name, fee and whether it is a classroom or online course. Prices on the Video Lectures page are for online courses only. If you are unsure which course suits you, call us before paying.

Payment errors

This policy does not stop us from correcting a payment mistake. If you were charged twice for the same payment, or money was deducted but you were not enrolled, contact us with your payment ID. We will check it with our payment provider and either enroll you or return the extra amount to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider decides how long the money takes to reach you.

Charges not paid on this website

Hostel charges and security deposits, and the placement service charge, are not sold on this website. They are agreed with you separately.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.
